Everest via South Col 2022

In 2022 we will be climbing Everest from the south.

To accompany the 2022 Everest South climbing expedition I have put together a base camp trek to enable members to be part of a major Himalayan expedition.
Base camp trekkers and climbers will meet together in Kathmandu and journey together via Island Peak all the way to Base Camp ;

When you signup, Sean will set you a personal training program with key milestones.
We take care of the details from 16 week endurance and power programmes through to nutrition, diet and equipment selection.
With his help you are also expected to complete a number of buildup expeditions before, either with him or elsewhere so you know you have done everything possible to succeed.

This ensures that not only are you more confident but that you know that you are surrounded by team members who have benefited from the same approach as you.
